REMEDIAL MASSAGE
SEATED MASSAGE WORKSHOPS
Remedial massage with Menzies-Massage is a more specialized service than regular massage. It undertakes a comprehensive case history, and discusses options and techniques to both remove causes and treat symptoms with specialist massage techniques, hot or cold applications, stretching or strengthening exercises are often suggested. A follow up test is often used. Myofascial techniques, hot stones, cupping, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Lymphatic drainage, Tens machine or dry needling may be used in a session.
NB; Soft tissue injuries may require up to 6 sessions before noticeable results to occur.
Join this workshop with Menzies-Massage to learn safe and effective skills for performing a clothed seated chair massage. You will learn how to practice massage while your partner, colleague, friend, or family member is comfortably seated. If you’ve been wanting to learn new massage techniques, then this is the course for you!

Menzies Massage have a range of massage chairs and tables available for hire. Equipment T&C's and hire charges are:
$40 per item per day.
$60 weekend rate or 3 days
$150 weekly hire

Hire Terms & Conditions:
• Deposit of $200 per item required by Bank Authorization, Visa or MasterCard only.
• Hire and freight fees are due before dispatch. Options: Visa/Mastercard, Direct Deposit.
• Hire tables/chairs must be cleaned before returning or a cleaning fee of up to $50.00 may be incurred.
• Any damages or loss will be assessed upon return and charged accordingly.
• Tables/chairs must be boxed and labelled ready to be shipped via courier at the end of hire.
Menzies-Massage is able to offer two forms of support.
Pre-event: concentrating on soft tissues to help reduce the chances of tearing and increase endurance.
Post-event: concentrating on the nervous system. Cooling and calming techniques are used to help reduce delayed onset of muscle soreness (DOMS) and decrease fatigue and time to repair muscle cells.
